- Dear Bidder,The International Labour Office (ILO) is looking for an individual to undertake work as an External Collaborator.Below is a summary of the work to be performed:•Assess how far Nepal's laws, regulations, policies, and practices align with the Violence and Harassment Convention, 2019 (No. 190). •Identify relevant national provisions and analyze whether and how they reflect the Convention. Pinpoint gaps and provisions requiring amendment or new measures to ensure compliance. •Recommend legal and policy changes, as well as practical actions for government, employers, and workers to strengthen protection against violence and harassment in the world of work.•Support tripartite constituents in drafting a roadmap to implement the recommendations of the gap analysis, ensuring an inclusive, gender-responsive, and sustainable approach to alignment with Convention No. 190.Please note that if travel is required for this assignment, the necessary travel costs will be covered by the ILO.If you are interested, please express interest and follow the instructions attached to consult the detailed terms of reference and other relevant information in the ILO e-sourcing platform.Please submit your proposal before the specified deadline.Thank you.
