- Dear Bidder,The International Labour Office (ILO) is looking for an individual to undertake work as an External Collaborator.Below is a summary of the work to be performed: The consultancy will undertake a comprehensive diagnostic and coherence review of Nepal-s unilateral social protection measures for migrant workers, including the Foreign Employment Welfare Fund, Social Security Fund provisions and mandatory insurance schemes. It will assess duplication, fragmentation and coverage gaps; analyse financing structures, benefit adequacy and sustainability; and examine integration with Nepal-s broader social protection system. The analysis will also consider alignment with relevant ILO standards and destination-country frameworks, particularly in GCC countries. A gender-responsive lens will be applied to assess differentiated access and adequacy outcomes.
