Tenders are invited for Construction of Hey/ Straw Store House Tender Fee: 1000/- Non Refundable Bid Security: 70000/- Sealed Bids must be submitted to the above office of National Cattle Research Program, Rampur, Chitwan on or before 12.00 Hrs on 27th September, 2022(2079/06/11) for Sealed Quotations and 12.00 Hrs on list October, 2022(2079/06/25) for NCB. Documents received after this deadline shall not be accepted. Bids shall be opened in the presence of interested bidders' representatives of on 14.00 Hrs of submitted day at the office building. Bidding documents may be purchased from the above office of National Cattle Research Program, Rampur, Chitwan by eligible bidders on or before 17.00 Hrs on 25th September, 2022(2079/06/09) for Sealed Quotations and on 10th October, 2022(2079/06/24) for NCB. With the submission of a written application, along with the copy of company/firm registration certificate, and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs 1000/-for SQ & Rs 3000 for NCB. Bidders may deposit the cost of bidding document at Nepal Bank Ltd, Rampur, Chitwan with office name Rastriya Gai Anusandhan Karyakram in the A/C no: 08500101200532000001. Bid security, amounting to a minimum of as specified in the table below for each package, which shall be valid for minimum 30 days beyond the bid validity period (120 days for NCB and 75 Days for SQ counting from the day of bid opening). If the Bidder wishes to submit the Bid Security in the form of cash, the cash should be deposited in Rashtriya Banijya Bank, Bharatpur, Chitwan, in Bid Security Account No: 1310100102030000 in the name of Kosh Tatha Lekha Niyantrak Karyalaya, Chitwan with Office Code No:312413103 and submit the receipt of the deposited amount of cash along with the bid.
