Description:
Expression of Interest are invited for Consultancy Service to Perform Feasibility Study of Baglung-Beu- Narothathi Road Tunnel. Baglung Experienced, eligible and wiling consulting Firms are invited to submit their EOI either single or joint venture with other firms. The firm /JV shall submit separate EOI through PPMO's EGP system, on or before 17 00. 2078-09-30 BS (Jan 14. 2022 AO). Hard copy shall not be entertained during submission of EOI. Submitted EOI shall be opened on11 00AM. 2078-10-02 BS (Jan 16. 2022 AD) Consulting Firms can form a JV with maximum 3 no. of firms. The EOI documents must Clearly mention the name of the leading firm with financial liabilities. Authorized power of attorney shall be submitted along with EOI document. Minimum score to pass the EOI « 70% of full marks. Top six short listed consultants will be invited to submit their Technical and Financial Proposal as per the Request for Proposal (RFP). to be provided to them at the later stage. QRDC.
