  • Description:
  • This contract consists of construction of new market stall which shall be carried out demolishing existing market structures in the Agricultural Wholesale Market in Kohalpur. Thus contractor shall dismantle all the existing structures and clear out the site before starting construction of new market stalls. The reusable quantity of construction material from dismantling work has been estimated and mentioned in the BOQ (from S.N. 49 to 55) for auction. Thus, the cost of auction items will be deducted when calculating total bid price. Since E-Bidding software developed by PPMO doesn't accept entering a negative value for the rate in BOQ, the cost of auction items entered in the BOQ will automatically be summed by the software. Hence, total bid price generated by software in BOQ in not actual bid price. Actual bid price will be calculated by deducting the cost of auction quantity during evaluation of all the submitted bids by this Office.
