Tenders are invited for Design, Manufacture, Supply, Installation Testing and Commissioning of Automatic Trash Rack Cleaner(Atrc) for Andhikhola Hydroelectric Centre (Ahc),Galyang,Syangja Eligible bidders may obtain further information and bid document on the submission of a written application and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs. 3000.00 (Three Thousand Rupees only) for SN 1. 2.4 and 5. Likewise. a non -refundable fee of Rs.4000.00 (Four Thousand Rupees only) for SN 3. Bid documents shall be purchased by eligible bidders on or before 1600 Hrs. October04.2021 Bid documents must be submitted to the below office on or before October OS,2021 at 1100 Hrs. Bids received after this deadline shall not be accepted Bids must be valid for a period of 60 days after opening of bid documents and must be accompanied by a minimum bid security of 25% of quoted amount (Including VAT) valid for 30 days beyond the bid validity period If bidder wishes to submit the cash security the cash should be deposited in Deposit Account Number 00600303340012 at Himlayan Bank Limited. Pulchowk. Lalitpur and submit the receipt of the cash deposited amount along with a bid Bid Documents shall be opened on October 05.2021 in the presence of bidder representatives who choose to attend at 1400 Hrs. (SN I). 14:30 Hrs. (SN 2). 1500 Hrs. (SN 3). 15:30 Hrs. (SN 4) and at 1600 Hrs. (SN 5). However, absence of bidders shall not cause restriction on opening of the bid.
