Description:
Tenders are invited for Design, Supply, Installation/Erection, Testing and Commissioning of Thosne Khola Rsdwp Project at Lalitpur Complete set of Bidding Document in English may be purchased by eligible Suppliers/Bidders from the office of AEPC, Mid-Baneshvvar, Kathmandu, Nepal or Program Implementation Unit of AEPC located at Provincial Headquarter of Bagmati Province during office hours on all working days by eligible bidders 20 January 2023 onwards on the submission of a Written Application, copies of Firm/Institution Registration and PAN/VAT Registration certificates and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of NRs. 5,000.00. The Bidding Document shall be available for sale up to office hours till 22 February 2023. Pre-bid meeting shall be held at AEPC, Mid-Baneshwar, Kathmandu, Nepal at 11:00 A.M. on 9 February 2023. All questions and their answers discussed during Pre-Bid meeting will be recorded and provided to all bidders according to the provisions included in 52.2 (2) PPR. Sealed Bids must be submitted to the office of AEPC, Mid-Baneshwar, Kathmandu, Nepal by hand/courier on or before 12:00 Noon on 23 February 2023. Bids received after this deadline will not be accepted. Bids must be valid for a period of 90 days, counting from the day of bid opening and must be accompanied by bid security, amounting to minimum of NRs. 480,000.00, which shall be valid for minimum 30 days beyond the bid validity period (i.e., Valid up to minimum 22 June 2023). The bid security shall confirm to the standard format as specified in the Bidding Document. If bidder wishes to submit the Bid Security in the form of cash, the cash should be deposited in Office Code 3080002 and Account Name DTCO, Kathmandu, Bank Account No. 1201200001002524 at Nepal Rastra Bank, Thapathali and submit the original receipt of the deposited amount of cash along with the sealed Bid.
