Expression of Interest are invited for Engineering Consultancy services: Collateral Valuation services (existing listed valuator do not require to apply for further shortlisting process) 'Engineering Consultancy Services for Civil & Interior Construction Designing and Furnishing work. Suppliers with up to 3 years involvements in the related field may submit their application form with below documents. Firm/ Company Registration Certificate (Renewed) ^ PAN/VAT Certificate ^ Tax Clearance Certificate 2077/78 or submission report Average annual turnover of recent 3 years Audit Report of recent 3 years r Detail of Company Profile (to be incorporate in application form) with Reference Letters from Present Clients Suppliers can collect application form from General Administration Department Facility (GAD-FM) upon payment of non-refundable fee Rs.2,000.00 (In Words: Two Thousand Only) in the account no. 999-01260010200 (Central Settlement AC). Application is to be submitted by 3:00 PM on 12th April, 2022; at the Bank's GAD-FM or nearby Prabhu Bank Branches. Application submitted after the deadline neither be accepted nor entertained. If holiday announced by Government on last submission date; the next working day of the Bank shall be the date for application submission (as the case may be). The Bank reserves all rights to accept or reject any or all applications partially or fully without assigning any reason what so ever.
