Tenders are invited for Extension of Parallel Taxiway to connect Runway-02 End at TIA and Associated Works. To purchase the bidding document in English, eligible Bidders should: • Write to the address above requesting the required bid document by quoting the contract number and title. • Pay a non-refundable fee of Nepalese Rupees 22,600/- (Twenty-two thousand six hundred) inclusive of VAT by a bank transfer or deposit to NABIL Bank Ltd, Beena Marg, Teendhara, Kathmandu, Nepal, Account No. 0101011713001 of Air Transport Capacity Enhancement Project (Civil Aviation Authority of Nepal) by 15 May 2022 within office hours (Nepal Standard Time). 6. Deliver your bid • to the address above • on or before the deadline: Date: 16 May 2022, 12:00 hours (local time) • together with a Bid Security as described in the Bidding Document Technical bids will be opened immediately after the deadline for bid submission in the presence of Bidders- representatives who choose to attend. 7. A Pre-Bid Meeting will be held on 25 April 2022 at 12:00 hours (local time) at Air Transport Capacity Enhancement Project Directorate Office, Sinamangal, Kathmandu, Nepal.
