Tenders are invited for Felling & Fogging of Marked Trees, Debarking of Logs Transporting to Specified Fog-Yard, Piling and Stacking Fire-Wood at Sahaiya Partnership Forest Manageincn Group, Parsa Tender Fee: 3000/- Non Refundable Bid Security: 100000/- Complete set of Bidding Documents for the tasks are available online and can be downloaded from the e-GP system of PPMO: www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp. Interested eligible and qualified bidders as specified in the bid document, shall register in the c-GP system of PPMO and deposit the u*$t of Bidding Document NRs. 3,000.00 for each task to the NBNI's Account Number: 00115296505, Siddhartha Bank Limited, Hattisar, Kathmandu Branch and scanned copy (PDF format) of the voucher/receipt of the deposited amount must be submitted/uploaded along with the Eke trunk Bid. Pre-Bid Meeting shall be held at respective Branch Offices of NBNL at IKK) P.M. on 28 January 2022. Interested Eligible and Qualified Bidders arc required to submit Electronic Bids through c-GP system of PPMO: www.bolpatra.gov.np/cgp to the office of NBNL Babarmahal, Kathmandu. Nepal on or before IKK) P.M. on 10 February 2022. Submitted Electronic Bids will be opened in the presence of Bidders' representatives who choose to attend at 1:15 P.M. on 10 February 2022 onwards; 15 minute interval for each task respectively at the office of NBNL, Babarmahal, Kathmandu, Nepal. Bid must be valid for a period of 90 days counting from the day of bid opening and must be accompanied by bid security (Scanned copy in PDF formal), amounting to minimum as mentioned in the table above, which shall be valid for minimum 30 days beyond the validity period of the Bid (i.e. Valid up to minimum 9 June 2022).
