Description:
Tenders are invited for Felling, Logging of Marked Trees, Debarking of Logs, Transportation to Specified Log-Yard, Piling & Stacking Fire-Wood at Sukhad, Kailali Bid Security Amount: NRs 220000/-. Complete set of Bidding Documents for the tasks arc available online and can be downloaded from the e-GP system of PPMO: www.bolpatra.gov.np/cgp. Interested eligible and qualified bidders, as specified in the bid document, shall register in the e-GP system of PPMO and deposit the cost of Bidding Document NRs. 3.000.00 for each task to the NBNL-s Account Number: 00115296505. Siddhartha Bank l imited, Hattisar, Kathmandu Branch and scanned copy (PDF format) of the voucher/receipt of live deposited amount must be submitted/ uploaded along with the Electronic Bid. Interested Eligible and Qualified Bidders are required to submit Electronic Bids through e-GP system of PPMO www.holpatra.gov.np/cgp to the office of NBNI., Babarmahal, Kathmandu, Nepal on or before IKK) P.M. on 28 February 2022. Submitted Electronic Bids will be opened in the presence of Bidders' representatives who choose to attend at 1:15 P.M. on 28 February 2022 onwards; 15 minute interval for each task respectively at the office of NBNL Babarmahal, Kathmandu, Nepal. Bid must be valid for a period of 90 days counting from the day of hid opening and must he accompanied by bid (Scanned copy in PDF format), amounting to minimum as mentioned in the tabic above, which shall be valid for minimum 30 days beyond the validity period of the Bid (i.e. valid up to minimum 27 June 2022).
