Tenders are invited for Installation of AC with Maintenance Items of Mine Protection Vehicle A complete set of Bidding Documents nay be purchased from the office by eligible Bidders on the submission of a written application, along with the copy of company/firm registration certificate, and upon payment of a non- refundable fee NRs. 1,000/- till 2079/07/14 during office hours. Sealed bids must be submitted to the office of Aimed Police Force, Nepal Welfare Service Centre Halchowk, Kathmandu, Nepal, on or before 12:00 noon on 2079/07/15, Bids received after this deadline will be rejected. The bids will be opened in the presence of Bidders' representatives who choose to attend at 13:00 hrs on 2079/07/15, at the office of Ai med Police Force, Nepal Welfare Service Centre Halchowk, Kathmandu, Nepal. Bids must be valid for a period of -15 days from the date of bid opening and must be accompanied by a bid security amounting NRs. 36,000/-, which shall be valid for 30 days beyond the validity period of the bid.
