Tenders are invited for Installation of elevator sys at bharatiya gorkha niwas (bgsn) at Kathmandu 6-8 Pax Lifts Type : Machine Room Less (MRL) Load : 408 Kg Traction Media : Grooved Flat / Rope System No of Pax : 6-8 Persons Pitt : Lift to be pitless (Minimum 450mm). Only dig upto 1.5 feet underground due to footing pad of the foundation / old structure) Speed : 0.32 mps Travel for Lift : Ground Floor to Third Floor with four stop and four opening. No of Stops and Opening : 4 Stops, 4 openings all on same side. Control Device Protection : Protection against Power Fluctuation Door Sensor : Crisis Cross Full Length Sensor / Full Length Fire Rated Door : 2 Hours Fire Rating Car Operating Panel : Touch Type/Super Quality Push Buttons Cabin Quality and Dimension : Stainless Steel 441 with 2.59 Meter x 2.00 Meter Location of Lift M/C Room : Ground Floor After Sale Service : 24 x 7 Call and every 10 days maintenance check . Warranty : 24 months Metal Structure : Certified material to be used Civil Works and Metal Structure Works : All costs are to be borne by the tender - filling firm / company Compliance with Safety Standard : Vendor required to comply with all relevant safety regulation and standard. Para 45 & 46 of RFP refers. In case of power failure / Emergency : Automatic Rescue Device (ARD) should installed. Incase of power failure or any emergency, the ARD system should activate to reach the passenger in next nearest floor. AMC : 2 Years AMC Warranty and all costs to be borne by the tender filling firm/company during the period. CMC : Replacement / repair of defective parts, the vendor undertakes all replacement / repair works with labour / service cost for a period of 5 year which include ARD System.
