Description:
Expression of Interest are invited for International Consulting Service Construction Management and Supervision of Tamakoshi \ Hydroelectric Project and the scope of consulting services ("the Services”) include but not limited to: • Review, modifyas required and finalize the Detailed Engineering Design Report and Bid/Contract Documents including Employer-s/Client's requirements, specification, drawings, etc. for civil. Hydro-mechanical and Electromechanical w orks prepared by TKJVC. • To prepare modify & finalize Geological Gcotechnical Baseline Report and Geologieal/Geotcchnical Baseline Data from the geological/geotechnical report prepared by Tractebel Engineering GmbH and other available data. • Assist and recommend to the Client in evaluation of technical and financial proposals for selection of Contractors for the execution of TKVHEP and also in Contract negotiation: • Review with modification as required, approval and issuing of construction design/documents/drawings submitted by EPC contractor with consent from the client. • Review, check, modify and finalize the necessary design documents/drawings in due course of the construction as required upon the request of the client. • Supervise the construction work and assure quality control of the project including contract administration. • Review, check and monitor the project construction schedule of different w ork packages and overall joint coordinated interface schedule (OJCIS) using state of the art technology and maintain the original schedule. • Ensure the timely completion of the project construction works within the specified time and contracted value. • Administer Construction Supervision and Contract administration of the Contract packages as provisioned in Contract. • Analyze and recommend variation, extension of times if required, liquidated damages to the client in contract administration. • All the project components being underground, the consultant shall review / finalize the risk sharing mechanism proposed in the Detailed Engineering Design with respect to quantity and different class of rock and modify if necessary before the contract signing and implement it During the construction period.
