The work completion duration shall be only 60 days from the date of signing the contract agreement. Proposals must be submitted in separate sealed envelopes for Technical and Financial Proposals, enclosed within a single sealed envelope. Consultant selection will be conducted under the Quality and Cost Based Selection (QCBS) method.
