Expression of Interest are invited for Planning to Refurbish a Branch at Naxal, Kathmandu for an Area Approximately 3,400 sq.ft Standard Chartered Bank Nepal Limited (SCBNL) is planning to refurbish a branch at Naxal, Kathmandu for an area approximately 3,400 sq.ft. The bank thus requires a general contractor meeting the following criteria: • Contractors applying should have an expertise in the areas like civil, interior, fitout, Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) and HVAC works. • In addition to the above, the contractor with expertise in networking and IT, telephony, AC and security equipment works will have an added advantage. • The companies should have experience working with at least two multinational companies. • The companies with an experience of doing two branch projects of at least 3000 sq.ft • The companies should have a Health and Safety policy and follow all the related procedures. • Companies possessing a sound financial and technical strength with a track record of continuous profitable operation of at least 3 years. • The companies having annual turnover of more than NPR 10 crores. ■ The companies which have carried out the work of at least two Projects costing more than 3 crores in the past 2 years. Interested Companies may please collect prescribed EOI forms from mail room of the bank located at the Head Office Naya Baneswor during office hours by depositing a non-refundable sum of NPR 10,000 (Ten thousand rupees only) in the form of demand draft issued by the "A" class commercial Bank of Nepal in favour of Standard Chartered Bank Nepal Limited.
