Description:
The DPR aims to develop a comprehensive plan for DICL-s iron ore mining and integrated steel production by assessing and validating geological resources, estimating reserves and ore value, conducting metallurgical tests, and designing optimal mining, processing, and steel manufacturing facilities. It will cover site selection, waste management, technology choice, process flows, infrastructure, transportation, and raw material sourcing, while defining organizational and manpower requirements. The study will include market analysis, machinery and equipment recommendations, and detailed financial and economic evaluations with realistic pricing and investment models. It will also address by-product utilization, knowledge exchange, and project phasing with clear implementation and procurement strategies to ensure technical, economic, and environmental viability.
