Description:
Tenders are invited for Procurement of Books Tender Fee: 3000/- Non Refundable Bid Security: 86500/- A complete set of Bidding Documents may be purchased from the office of the School of Development and Social Engineering, Pokhara University, Pokhara-30, Kaski, by eligible Bidders on the submission of a written application, along with the copy of company/firm registration, tax clearance of 2078/79, PAN/VAT certificate and upon payment of a non-refiindable fee (bank voucher) of NRs.3000.00 till the office hour of 2079/11/10. The bids will be opened in the presence of Bidders' representatives who choose to attend at 1:00 PM on 2079/11/11 at the School of Development and Social Engineering, Pokhara University. Bids must be valid for a period of 90 days counting from the date of bid opening and must be accompanied by a bid security of'A' class commercial bank amounting to a minimum of NRs. 86,500/- which shall be valid for 120 days after the date of opening of the Bid. If bidder wishes to submit the Cash Security, the cash should be deposited in Current Account of School of Development and Social Engineering (A/C No. 01200300026918000001 at Kamana Sewa Bikash Bank Ltd.) and submit the receipt of the deposited amount of cash along with the bid.
