Description:
Tenders are invited for Procurement of Consultancy Service "Pool of Consultants for intermittent assignments to serve as Technical Evaluation Panel (TEP)/Bid Review Panel (BRP) Members or Assignments related to their expertise (Several Consultants)“ to serve as Technical Evaluation Panel (TEP)/ Bid Review Panel (BRP) members or any other related services during procurement process for specific short-term assignments related to the review/evaluation of the proposals/bids submitted. Pool of Appeal Panel Members (Master List for Second Level Authority) to be included in the Master List for Second level Authority as per as per the Bid Challenge System (Several Consultants) and render services as member of MCA-Nepal Level 2 Authority as per MCC Program Procurement Guidelines (PPG). Procurement process will be conducted through the Individual Consultants Selection (ICS) method procedures as specified in the MCC Program Procurement Guidelines (PPG) available on www.mcanp.org. Interested consultants are also requested to visit https://mcanp.org/en/procurement/procurement-notices/ for SPN in detail.
