Description:
Tenders are invited for Procurement for the Display of Information & Message through Online Media A complete set of Bidding Documents must be purchased from National Health Education. Information and Communication Centre (NHEICC), Teku. Kathmandu by eligible Bidders on the submission of a written application, along with the copies of company/firm registration certificate, renewable certificate. PAN/VAT certificate, tax clearance certificate of FY 2077/78 and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of NRs. 1000.00 till 2078/8/13 during office hours. Sealed bids must be submitted to the National Health Education, Information and Communication Centre (NHEICC). Teku, Kathmandu by hand on or before 12 noon on 2078/08/14. Bids received after this deadline will be rejected. The bids will be opened in the presence of Bidders- representatives who choose to attend at 2 pm 2078/08/14 at the office of National Health Education. Information and Communication Centre (NHEICC), Tcku. Kathmandu. Bids must be valid for a period of 45 days after bid opening and must be accompanied by a bid security amounting to a minimum of Rs35,500.00 which shall be valid for 30 days beyond the validity period of the bid (exact 75 days after bid opening). If bidder wishes to submit the Cash Security, the cash should be deposited as follows and submit the receipt of the deposited amount of cash along with the Scaled Quotation.
