Tenders are invited for Procurement of Agricultural Goods ( Electric Water Motor Pump ) Tender Fee: 1000/- Non Refundable Bid Security: 35000/- A complete set of Bidding Documents may be purchased from the office of Ratnanagar Municipal Executive, Ratnanagar. Chitwan by eligible Bidders on the submission of a written application, along with the copy of company firm registration certificate, and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of NRs. 1000.00 till 201*1 Ashadh. 2078 during office hours in Rananagar Na.pa. (Ga-I-I) Antarik Khata No. 1830100301010003 at Rastriya Banijya Bank. Bharatpur. Chitwan Sealed bids must be submitted to the office of Ratnanagar Municipal Executive, Ratnanagar, Chitwan by hand on or before 12:00 on 21st Ashadh, 2078. Bids received after this deadline will be rejected. The bids w ill be opened in the presence of Bidders' representatives who choose to attend at 2:00 pm on 21st Ashadh, 2078 at the office of Ratnanagar Municipality, Ratnanagar, Chitwan Bids must be valid for a period of 45 days after bid opening and must be accompanied by a bid security' amounting to a minimum of shown Below, which shall be valid for 30 days beyond the validity period of the bid.
