Description:
Tenders are invited for Procurement of Necessary Equipment Goods for Kitchen and Laundry with Installation and Guarantee for the Five Star Hotel, Which is under Construction at Kathmandu Metropolitan City. The Company reserves the right to accept or reject wholly or partially any or the bids without assigning reason, whatsoever prior to award of contract. A complete set of Bidding Documents may be purchased from the Company, upon payment of a non-refundable fee of NRs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand rupees only) in the prescribed Bank Account of the Company specified below, within office hours of 4th Magh, 2079 B.S. (18th January, 2023). A pre-bid meeting will be held on 5th Magh, 2079 B.S. (19th January, 2023) at 12 PM at the office of the company in Kantipath, Kathmandu. The completed bid documents must be submitted within office hours of 19th Magh, 2079 B.S. (2rd February, 2023). The bids will be opened in presence of Tenderers or Tenderers' representative (in case unattained by the Tenderers) who choose to attend at 3:00 pm of 20th Magh, 2079 B.S.
