Tenders are invited for Procurement of Private Sector & Integration Director & Disaster Risk Reduction Management Specialist • Private Sector and Integration Director (PSID) The Private Sector and Integration Director will lead the team to think innovatively, promote engagement of the private sector, promote gender equality and social inclusion aspects. The PSID must have strong communication skills including writing in English and will oversee training within Tayar Nepal. H/She will work closely with the entire Tayar Nepal team and will oversee cross-cutting expertise in GESI, communications, and curriculum design and training, while also being personally responsible for private sector engagement. • Disaster Risk Reduction Management Specialist (DRRM) Specialist The Disaster Risk Reduction Management (DRRM) Specialist is a key personnel position and will provide technical and managerial oversight of Tayar's municipal-level DRRM activities including the implementation of risk sensitive land use plan (RSLUP). The DRRM Specialist will lead a team responsible for building capacity at the municipal level, oversee implementation of RSLUP and provide essential technical knowledge and expertise to the implementation of building capacity at national level. The DRRM Specialist will oversee the field team including engineers, will report to Deputy Chief of Party, and will work closely across the entire technical team.
