Tenders are invited for Procurement of Tractor (Not Less than 45hp) with Zerovator A complete set of Bidding Documents may be purchased from the office of Agriculture Implement Research Station, Ranighat, by eligible Bidders on the submission of a written application, along with the copy of company/ firm registration certificates, tax clearance certificates, VAT/ PAN registration certificates and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of NRs. 1000.00 till .9th Jan, 2023 during office hours. Sealed bids must be submitted to the office of Agriculture Implement Research Station, Ranighat, Birgunj by hand on or before 12:00 noon on 10th Jan., 2023. Bids received after this deadline will be rejected. The bids will be opened in the presence of Bidder-s representatives who choose to attend at 2:00 pm on 10th Jan., 2023 at the office of Agriculture Implement Research Station, Ranighat, Birgunj. Bids must be valid for a period of 45 days after bid opening and must be accompanied by a bid security amounting to a minimum of Rs.50000.00, which shall be valid for 30 days beyond the validity period of the bid. If bidder wishes to submit the Cash Security, the cash should be deposited in Account Holder-s Name of KO.LE. NI. KA., Birgunj, Parsa, having Account No.1250100102030000 at Rastriya Banijay Bank Ltd.,Birgunj Branch,(relevant with Agriculture Implement Research Station, Ranighat, Birgunj having office code no. 312412201) and submit the receipt of the deposited amount of cash along with the Sealed Quotation (with company catalogue, brochures to meet the required specifications of the goods).
