- Project Implementation and Support Consultant (Pisc) A Consultant Selection Recruitment Notice (CSRN) published in ADB's Consultant Management System (CMS) web portal. Eligible Consultant firm are invited to submit their EOI online only via the CMS portal (http://csrn.adb.org) in the format prescribed in the CSRN on or before midnight (Manila time) of 11 November 2022. Consultants may associate with other consultants to enhance their qualifications. EOI will be assessed based on Technical Competence 70%, Geographic Competence 15% and Management Competence 15% of consulting firm. Based on evaluation of EOI, only shortlisted firms will be invited to submit technical and financial proposal through a request for proposal.
