Request for Quotation: Supply of Laptop and other items The ILO Country Office in Nepal invites interested vendors to submit the Quotation to supply of monitor and accessories.The ILO Country Office for Nepal is in the process of selecting vendor for supply of Laptop and other items. Interested vendorsare invited to submit a bid for supply of Monitors and accessories as per attached Request for Quotation (RFQ Template).Vendors must fill out the RFQ template while ensuring strict compliance with instructions set out in the Terms and Conditions applicable to ILO contracts (see Annex I and III, inRequest for Quotation). The RFQ template should be accompanied by filled out Certification Form signed by authorised legal representative of the company and affixed with company seal (see Annex II, in Request for Quotation). Please also include one copy of company registration certificate, VATregistration, updated tax clearances and authorised dealership certificate (if any).Bids should be addressed to The Director, ILO Country Office for Nepal, Nayabato, Lalitpur, and submitted on or before 17:30 hrs [Time zone: Nepal GMT+5:45], Monday, 31 March 2025 to KTM_PROCUREMENT@ilo.org. Thisrequest for quotation requires that bid be submitted via E-mail only, any offer received after the deadline specified above will not be considered.
