- The purpose of this RFQ is to select suitable supplier for the procurement of National Consultant for Finalization of Community Led Monitoring (CLM) Advocacy Manual .Duty Station: Kathmandu, NepalDuration of work: 20 May - 31 December 2023 (7.5 months)The scope of work include attendance in consultative meetings including technical review meetings, workshops and finalization of advocacy manual. S/he will in addition support the rolling out the advocacy trainings utilizing the advocacy manual as the main tool.Task/Responsibilities• Participate in the technical review and workshops organized to finalize the content of advocacy manual;• Develop content for potential messaging for advocacy based on current CLM findings (where possible variety of products varied by target audience will have to be proposed);• Revise the contents in advocacy manual in close coordination with UNAIDS team and CLM task team members;• Develop detailed session plans and modules, along with PowerPoint presentation, based on the advocacy manual for both Training of Trainers (ToT) and community trainings;• Lead the advocacy training at district level.• When required, conduct field visit for supportive supervision...
