- the project work includes, but is not limited to, the following key activities:•Site Preparation: Creating safe and stable access paths for heavy equipment within the Minbhawan depot.•Lifting and Loading: Safely lifting and loading all specified items, including derelict Trolley Buses , standard buses, containers, a large quantity of Reinforced Concrete Cement (RCC) poles, scrap metal parts, and other miscellaneous vehicles and debris.•Transportation: Transporting all loaded items from the Minbhawan depot to the designated unloading site at the Armed Police Force (APF) base in Sinamangal.•Unloading and Placement: Safely unloading all items at the destination and placing them in designated areas as directed by the Sajha Yatayat representative.•Final Site Clearance: Ensuring the Minbhawan depot is left completely clear of all specified items and any operational debris upon completion of the work
