Tenders are invited for Supply of AIO Computer (Branded) Bid Bond : 55800/- Sealed Quotation Form may be purchased by eligible Suppliers on the submission of a written application along with authorised dealer certificate of any brand, company registered document and Voucher upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs 1,000 00 for each sealed quotation form deposited in profit loss miscellaneous account (1600000/030/002/524) till 2078/06/14 up to banking hour Sealed Quotations must be submitted to the above office on or before 12:00 Noon on 2078 06/15 Quotations received after this deadline shall not be accepted Quotations must be valid for a period of 45 days from the last date of submission of Sealed Quotations and must be accompanied by Cash Security or Bank Guarantee, amounting as mentioned above, which shall be valid for 75 days from the last date of submission of Sealed Quotations If bidder wishes to submit the Cash Security, the cash should be deposited in Sundry Creditors Account No. 1609999-011-001-524 at Nepal Rastra Bank, Janakpur Office and submit the receipt of the deposit along with the Scaled Quotation Sealed Quotation shall be opened in the presence of supplier's authorized representatives who choose to attend at I 30 PM on 2078/06 15 at Nepal Rastra Bank.
