Description:
Tenders are invited for Supply and Delivery of 16kl Aircraft Refuellers and Spare Parts Bidders should submit the Bids electronically as stated in the Bidding Documents. Bidders may also download the bidding documents for e-submission from PPMO-s e-GP system (www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp). Bidders, while submitting their bid electronically, should deposit the non-refundable fee of NRs 10,000/ of bidding document in the following Rajaswa (revenue) account as specified below. Information to deposit the cost of bidding document in Bank: Name of the Bank : Rastriya Banijya Bank, Main Branch Name of Office : Nepal Oil Corporation Limited Office Account no. : 1090100066294001 Pre-bid meeting shall be held at Engineering Projects and IT Department, Nepal Oil Corporation Limited, Teku, Kathmandu at 14:00 hrs on August 07, 2022 (Shrawan 22, 2079). Electronic bids must be submitted to the office Nepal Oil Corporation Limited, Babarmahal, Kathmandu through PPMO-s e-GP system www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp on or before 12:00 hrs on August 21, 2022 (Bhadra 05, 2079). Bids received after this deadline will be rejected. The bids will be opened in the presence of Bidders' representatives who choose to attend at 14:00 hrs on August 21, 2022 (Bhadra 05, 2079) at the office of Nepal Oil Corporation Limited, Teku, and Kathmandu. Bids must be valid for a period of 120 days from the date of bid opening and must be accompanied by a bid security or scanned copy of the bid security in pdf format in case of e-bid, amounting to a minimum of NRs 6.5 million which shall be valid for 30 days beyond the validity period of the bid.
