Tenders are invited for Supply and Delivery Electronic Ear (Sound Sensor) for Mill Filling Level Indication with Control Unit Complete Set A complete set of Bidding Documents may be purchased from the Head office Hetauda Cement Industries Limited, Hetauda-09,Lamsure,Makwanpur & Branch Office, Baneshwor, Kathmandu, by eligible Bidders on the submission of a written application, along with the copy of company/firm registration certificate, and upon payment of a non- refundable fee of NRs. 1000.00 on or before 17.00 hours of 15th day from the date of bid publication during office hours. Sealed bids must be submitted to the Head office Hetauda Cement Industries Limited, Hetauda-09, Lamsure, Makawanpur by hand on or before 12.00 hours of 16th day from the date of bid publication. Bids received after this deadline will be rejected. The bids will be opened in the presence of Bidders' representatives who choose to attend at 15.00 hours of 16lh day from the date of bid publication at the Head office of Hetauda Cement Industries Limited, Hetauda-09, Lamsure, Makawanpur, Nepal. Bids must be valid for a period of 45 days after bid opening and must be accompanied by a bid security amounting to a minimum of Nrs.35000.00 (Rupees Thirty Five Thousand Only), which shall be valid for 30 days beyond the validity period of the bid. If bidder wishes to submit the Cash Security, the cash should be deposited in Deposit Account No. 009001731C, Nepal Bangladesh Bank Limited, and submit the receipt of the deposited amount of cash along with the Sealed Quotation.
