Tenders are invited for Supply and Delivery of Petrol Fuelled Special Utility Motor Vehicle Tender Fee: 3000/- Non Refundable Bid Security: 200000/- Electronic Bidding Document is available online and can be downloaded from e-GP system: www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp. Interested bidders shall register in the e-GP system and deposit a nonrefundable fee of NRs 3000 (Three Thousand) in the following bank account mentioning the following details, as the fee for the bidding document. Electronic scanned copy (pdf format) of the deposit voucher must be submitted along with the electronic bid. Name of the Bank: Rastriya Banijya Bank Name of the Office: Department of Transport Management Office Code no.: 337033501 Account no.: 1000200010000 Revenue Heading Number: 14229 Interested Bidders shall submit the electronic Bids through PPMO's website www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp on or before 12:00 Hours, Noon on Jestha 16, 2079. Bids received after this deadline will be rejected. Bids must be valid for a period of 90 days from the date of bid opening and must be accompanied by a bid security from Class ‘A- (Commercial) bank, amounting to a minimum of NRs. 200,000 (Two Hundred Thousand), which shall be valid for at least 30 days beyond the validity period of the bid. The bids will be opened in the presence of Bidders- representatives who choose to attend at 14:00 hrs on 2079.02.16 (May 30, 2022) at the office of the Department of Transport Management, Minbhawan, Kathmandu.
