Tenders are invited for Supply of Computerized Tag Inventory Solution Tender Fee: 3000/- Non Refundable Bid Security: 243400/- Information to deposit the cost of bidding document in Bank: Name of the Bank Rastriya Banijya Bank Ltd, Thamel, Kathmandu. Name of Office Police Head Quarters, Naxal Office Code No. : 31-40-43-512 Revenue Account No. 1000100200010000 Revenue Heading No. : 14229 Electronic Bids must be submitted to the Procurement Directorate, Police Head Quarters, Naxal, Kathmandu through PPMO-s website: www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp on or before 11th March, 2022 (27h Falgun, 2078) at 12:00 noon. Documents received after this deadline shall not be accepted. The Bids will be opened in the presence of Bidders' representatives who choose to attend 11th March, 2022 (27h Falgun, 2078 at 14:00 hours at Procurement Directorate, Police Head Quarters, Naxal, Kathmandu Nepal. Bids must be valid for a period of 90 days counting from the day of bid opening and must be accompanied by bid security, which shall be valid for minimum 30 days beyond the bid validity period. If the last date of submission and opening falls on a government holiday then the next working day shall be considered the last day. In such case the bid validity and bid security shall remain the same as specified for the original last date of bid submission. Police Headquarters, Naxal, Kathmandu reserves the right to accept or reject, wholly or partly any or all the bids without assigning reason whatsoever.
