Description:
Tenders are invited for Supply & Delivery of 21 Types of Birthing Centre Equipment Tender documents with quantity and detail specification of materials to be supplied can be purchased from Nepal Red Cross Society, National Headquarters, Kalimati, Kathmandu during office hours in working days from 24 February 2023 to 09 March 2023 against payment of Rs. 2,000/- (non-refundable). The bidders should submit their sealed tenders with sample and other related information of 21 Types of Birthing Center Equipment during working days within office hrs. up to 10 March 2023. The sealed tender received will be opened on 12 March, 2023, at NRCS, National Headquarters, Kalimati, Kathmandu at 12:30 PM. Any discount, increase or decrease in price will not be accepted after opening of sealed tender. The bidder(s) must deposit 2.5 %(two and a half percent) including VAT 13% of the total bid amount as Earnest Money in the form of Bank Voucher against cash deposited in account No. 17-0002089-33 of Nepal Red Cross Society at Standard Chartered Bank Ltd., Baneshwor, Kathmandu, Bank Demand Draft payable in favor of the said account or Bank Guarantee with minimum validity of 90 days at the submission of the bids. The successful bidder(s) will have to deposit 10% (ten percent) of the order value including VAT as Performance Security at the time of signing the purchase agreement.
