Description:
Tenders are invited for Supply, Delivery and Installation of Ldr Sensor for Street Light Complete set of Quotation Document (SQ) in English may be purchased from the office of Kanakai Municipality, Jhapa, Nepal during office hours on all working days by eligible bidders 8th February 2022 onwards on the submission of a Written Application, copies of Firm/Institution Registration and PAN/VAT Registration certificates and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of NRs. 1,000.00.The Bidding Document (SQ) shall be available for sale up to office hours till 4 March 2022. Interested Eligible Bidders are required to submit Sealed Quotations to the office of Kanakai Municipality, Jhapa, Nepal by hand/courieron or before 12:00 Noon on 6 March 2022. Sealed Quotation must be valid for a period of 45 days,counting from the day of Sealed Quotation opening and must be accompanied by Bid (SQ) Security, amounting to minimum of NRs. 40,000.00, which shall be valid for 30 days be- yond the validity period of the SQ (i.e. Valid up to Minimum 19 May 2022). If Bidder wishes to submit the bid security in the form of cash, the cash should be deposited in Dharauti Account Number of Kanakai Municipality: 14703000003000000001, Nepal Bank Limited, Surunga, Jhapa Branch and original receipt of the deposited amount of cash must be submitted along with the Sealed Quotation. Received Sealed Quotations will be opened in the presence of Bidders' representatives who choose to attend at 12:30 Pm. on 6 March 2022 at the office of Kanakai Municipality, Jhapa, Nepal.
