Description:
Tenders are invited for Supply, Delivery, Installation & Commissioning of Data Center in Cit Building Bidder who chooses to submit their bid electronically may download the bidding documents for e-submission from PPMO-s e-GP system www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp. Bidders, submitting their bid electroically, should deposit the cost of bidding document NRs. 5,000.00 in the following current accountof CIT as specified below. Information to deposit the cost of bidding document in Bank: Name of the Bank: Himalayan Bank Name of Branch Office: New Baneshwor, Kathmandu Account no.: 02700048830039 Pre-bid meeting shall be held at Baishakh 04, 2079 (April 17, 2022) at 11.00 am. Electronic bids must be submitted through PPMO-s e-GP system www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp on or before Baishakh 13, 2079 (April 26, 2022), 12.00 Noon. Bids received after this deadline will be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of Bidders' representatives who choose to attend on Baishakh 13, 2079 (April 26, 2022), 1.00 P.M.at the office of CIT, Central Office, New Baneshwor. Bids must be valid for a period of 90 Days from the date of bid opening and must be accompanied by a bid security, amounting to a minimum of NRs. 1000,000 which shall be valid for 30 days beyond the validity period (i.e.Bhadra 07,2079 (August 23,2022).
