Tenders are invited for Supply, Delivery & Installation of Laser Hair Removal Machine A complete sot of Bidding Documents may be purchased from the central office of FPAN, Pulchowk, Lalitpur on the submission of a written application, along with the copy of company/firm registration certificate, and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of NRs 5,000.00 (Five Thousand) till 20-July-2022 during office hours. Bidders should deposit the cost of bidding document in the following account: Name of the Bank : Kumari Bank, Putalisadak Branch Name of Account : Family Planning Association of Nepal Bank Account no. : 0010001701100001 Sealed bids must be submitted to the central office of FPAN, Pulchowk, Lalitpur by hand on or before 12:00 Hr on 21-July-2022. Bids received after this deadline will be rejected. The bids will be opened in the presence of Bidders' representatives who choose to attend at 13:00 Hr on 21-July-2022 at the Central office of FPAN. Pulchowk, Lalitpur. Bids must be valid for a period of 45 days after bid opening and must be accompanied by a bid security amounting to a minimum of NPR 90,000.00 (Ninety Thousand) which shall be valid for 30 days beyond the validity period of the bid (i.e 4-October-2022) If bidder wishes to submit the Cash Security, the cash should be deposited as per above bank detail and submit the receipt of the deposited amount of cash along with the Sealed Bid.
