Description:
Tenders are invited for Supply, Delivery & Installation of Office Equipment (Laptops, Desktop Computer etc.) Sealed Quotation Fonns may be purchased by eligible Suppliers on the submission of a written application and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs.1000.00 till the office hour of 2078/12/28. Sealed Quotation along with copy of PAN/VAT registration, Company registration and Tax clearance certificate of FY 2077/78 must be submitted to the above office on or before 12:00 pm on 2078/12/29. Quotation received after this deadline shall not be accepted. Quotations must be valid for a period of 45 days after opening of sealed quotations and must be accompanied by Cash Security or Bank Guarantee, amounting to i\Rs.32, 000.00, which shall be valid for 75 days after opening of the Sealed Quotations. If bidder wishes to submit the Cash Security, the cash should be deposited in Current Account of School of Development and Social Engineering, (A/C No.01200300026918000001 at Kamana Bikash Bank) and submit the receipt of the deposited amount of cash along with the Sealed Quotation. Sealed Quotation shall be opened in the presence of Suppliers' representatives who choose to attend at 1:00 pm on 2078/12/29 at the office of School of Development and Social Engineering, Pokhara University, Pokhara-30, Kaski.
