Tenders are invited for Supply & Delivery, of Surgical Instrument Tender Fee: 1000/- Non Refundable Bid Security: 124800/- Sealed Quotation documents is available online and can be downloaded from e-GP system: www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp. Interested bidders shall register in the e-GP system and deposit the cost of bidding document as specified in the below in the following bank. Bank Information: Account No.:- 01900100040059000001, Name of office:- Shahid Dharma Bhakta National Transplant Center, Bhaktapur, Nepal, office at Nepal Bank Limited. Bhaktapur Interested Bidders shall submit the electronic sealed quotation through www.bolpatra.gov.np /egp to the above office of Shahid Dharma Bhakta National Transplant Center, Bhaktapur, Nepal on or before as specified in the table below. Sealed quotation shall be opened in presence of Bidders' representatives who choose to attend at as specified in the table below at the office of Shahid Dharma Bhakta National Transplant Center, Bhaktapur, Nepal, scaled quotation must be valid for a period of 45 Days for SQ, counting from the day of scaled quotation opening and must be accompanied by bid security, amounting to a minimum of as specified in the tabic below, w hich shall be valid form minimum 30 days beyond the bid validity period [i.e. 75 Days for SQ]. If the Bidder wishes to submit the Bid Security in the form of cash, the cash should be deposited in Bid Security Account 01901000002003000001 District Treasury Controlcr Office, Bhaktapur at Nepal Bank Limited, Bhaktapur and submit the receipt of the deposited amount of cash alongwith the sealed quotation.
