Tenders are invited for Supply, Delivery & Testing of Laptops for BIM Students Tender Fee: 1000/- Non Refundable Bid Security: 50000/- A complete set of Bidding Documents may be purchased from the office of Gupteshwor Mahadev Multiple Campus, Pokhara-17, Kaski by eligible Bidders on the submission of a written application, along with the copy of company/firm registration certificate, and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of NRs. 1000.00 till 2078/09/07 B.S. during office hours. Information to deposit the cost of bidding document in Bank: Name of the Bank: Rastriya Banijya Bank, Mahendrapool Branch Name of the Account: Gupteshwor Mahadev Bahumukhi Campus Account No.: 3430100010312001 Sealed bids must be submitted to the office of Gupteshwor Mahadev Multiple Campus, Pokhara-17, Kaski the by hand on or before 12:00 Hrs on 2078/09/08 B.S. Bids received after this deadline will be rejected. The bids will be opened in the presence of Bidders' representatives who choose to attend at 2:00 pm on 2078/09/08 B.S. at the office of Gupteshwor Mahadev Multiple Campus, Pokhara-17, Kaski. Bids must be valid for a period of 45 days after bid opening and must be accompanied by a bid security amounting to a minimum of Rs. 50,000 (Fifty Thousand Rupees) which shall be valid for 30 days beyond the validity period of the bid.
