Description:
Tenders are invited for Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Hydrocarbon Detection System in Pipeline Area of Amlekhgunj Depot. Complete set of Bidding Document for the task in English is available online and may be downloaded for e-submission from the e-GP system of PPMO: www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp. Bidders, submitting their bid electronically, should deposit the cost of bidding document (non-refundable fee) of NRs. 3,000.00 to the NOC/MAPL-s Current Account Number: 5401017500195, Nabil Bank Ltd., Simara Branch and scanned copy in PDF format of the voucher/receipt of the deposited amount must be submitted/uploaded along with the Electronic Bid. Interested eligible Bidders are required to submit the Electronic Bids through e-GP system of PPMO: www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp on or before 1:00 P.M. on 23 July 2022. Submitted Electronic Bids will be opened in the presence of Bidders' representatives who choose to attend at 1:15 P.M. on 23 July 2022 at the office of NOC/MAPL, Amlekhgunj, Bara, Nepal. Bids must be valid for a period of 90 days counting from the date of bid opening and must be accompanied by scanned copy of the bid security in PDF format, amounting to a minimum NRs. 450,000.00, which shall be valid for minimum 30 days beyond the bid validity period (i.e., Valid up to minimum 19 November 2022).
