Description:
Tenders are invited for Supply of Playing Materials Applications are invited from interested and eligible firms/companies to be registered as qualified vendor. Only those firms/companies that are officially registered with Govt, of Nepal are eligible for vendor listing. Eligible firms/companies can collect Vendor Registration Form from Caritas Nepal, Sub Office, Damak-11, Thana road, Jhapa. The Vendor Registration Form will be provided free of cost. The completed Vendor Registration Form (duly filled in, signed & sealed) along with copies of VAT/PAN registration certificate, Banijya/ Gharelu certificate, latest tax clearance certificate and other relevant documents of the firm must be submitted to Caritas Nepal, Sub Office, Damalc-6, Jhapa by 31st December 2021. The vendors who are registered as eligible vendors in previous year should update their documents Application received after due date will not be entertained. Proof of posting shall not be accepted as evidence for the submission of application The successful short-listed firms/companies will be informed about their status on vendor listing process.
