C. Computer Consumable Terms and Conditions: 1. Rate should be quoted excluding VAT and should be valid for one year. 2. Secretariat would issue work orders to the successful bidder(s) for the item, from time to time during the contract period. 3. The bidders should put their initials and seal of the firm in each page of this document. 4. The bidder should supply the goods within one week from the date of issuance of Work Order. 5. The Demand Draft/Cheque which have to be submitted by the successful bidder(s) will be refunded to the bidder(s) after successful completion of the contract period. 6. Quoted rates would be valid for one year, in no circumstances, quoted rate would be changed. 7. If the supplier fails to supply goods as per requirement of the SAARC Secretariat and specifications stated in the schedule, the security deposit will be forfeited by the SAARC Secretariat without assigning any reasons. 8. Delivery of the goods should be made to the SAARC Secretariat at bidder-s.cost. 9. The quality of the goods must be as per specifications and as per samples, failing which the work order will be cancelled and the security deposit will be forfeited. Bidder to provide Warranty on the Computer consumable items. 10. Payment will be made only after the delivery of the goods in good condition and as per specifications and on submission of the bills.
