Description:
Tenders are invited for Supply of SUV/Jeep Tender Fee: 3000/- Non Refundable Bid Security: 200000/- The Bidders must submit their bid electronically through e-procurement section of PPMOs website http://www.bolDatra.gov.nD. the Bidders may choose to download the necessary part of bidding documents, prepare their bid and submit their electronic bids as specified in the Instructions to Bidders. Bidder should download and submit bid electronically, the Bidder shall be required to deposit the non-refundable fee of NRs. 3,000.00. The method of payment will be in the form of cash deposit certificate in the Revenue Title no 14229, Office code no 3050077017, Account No.: 1000100200010000 of Rastriya Banijya Bank, Dhangadhi, Branch and electronic scanned copy (pdf format) of the Bank deposit voucher shall also be submitted along with the electronic bid files. Electronic Bid must be uploaded in PDF on or before 17.00 hours on 31st day from the date of publication. Bids received after the deadline shall not be accepted. Bids will be opened in the presence of Bidders' representatives who choose to attend on 31,h day of Notice Published at 2:00 PM at Ministry of Economic Affairs, Sudurpashchim Province, Dhangadhi, Kailali. Bids must be valid for a period of 90 days counting from the day of bid opening. Bid shall be accompanied by a bid security of an amount as shown in the above table. If bidder wishes to submit the Bid Security in the form of cash, the cash should be deposited in the following address or a bid bond issued by a bank approved by Nepal Rastra Bank valid beyond a month from bid validity period and submit the original receipt of the deposited amount of cash along with the bid.
